Just starting out? Two is absolutely fine and actually encouraged. Start there and build.
60 minutes of cardio per week. That's it. Not per day. Per week. Spread it however you like. And before you say you don't have time — cycling across the Kruunusiltta bridge to work and back a couple of times a week? Done. ✅
