Already a member? This one's for you. A monthly check-in, accountability, and custom programming bolted onto your existing membership. Small investment, big impact.

Momentum — 160€/month
2 sessions a month with your coach over 3 months. Goal-based programming that pairs perfectly with your group classes.

Progression — 300€/month
4 sessions a month for those who want to move faster. 12 sessions over 3 months, progressive overload built in, and a coach by your side every step of the way.

Plus a Top-up option — 90€
Just need one session? No commitment. Done.
