Look around in any of our classes and you'll see people at different levels. Different strengths, different backgrounds, different goals.
And that's exactly how it should be.
Because here's the thing — none of that is your competition. The only person you're competing with is who you were yesterday.
Take each day as it comes.
Some days everything goes to plan. The class you wanted is available, you feel great, you train hard. Perfect.
Other days? Life gets in the way. And that's where most people fall off.
Here's a real example. You had your heart set on the WOD class this week. You go to book and it's full.
Two choices.
Give up on the day. Or join the Strength class that still has space.
Join the Strength class. 💪
That's not settling. That's being flexible and purposeful. And flexible and purposeful beats rigid and inconsistent every single time.
Can't train at all today?
Fine. What can you still do?
Nail your nutrition. Do 10 minutes of mobility. Spend quality time with your family. Get to bed early.
That's still a win. That still counts. That's still you versus yesterday's version of you — and yesterday's version didn't do any of that.
Be flexible. Be purposeful. Keep moving forward.
The progress adds up whether it looks perfect or not.
